I searched for a private appraiser after my car was totalled by another driver who had the same insurance provider.  I normally agree to whatever but not this time and I am so glad. Absolutely thrilled with the experience I had working with Nico. I was going back and forth with my insurance company trying to get them to pay what my vehicle was actually worth. Being in the car business, I know what it costs to replace a vehicle, so I thought I could handle everything myself. Unfortunately, insurance companies will do everything they can to pay as little as possible.

I gave Nic a call, explained my situation, and he got back to me quickly. He clearly explained his process and fee, and after working with him, I can confidently say it was worth every penny. He ended up getting me $6,000 more than what my insurance company originally offered.

Collin was able to talk me through their process, was very upfront about what they can/can't help with, and was available to answer my (many) questions. He talked me through what I could expect paperwork/negotiation wise. They were very upfront about their fee and communicated everything clearly.

With total loss northwest's help I was compensated for what I, and their valuation report, believe to be a fair amount.
